Screen Printing (up to 6 colors) Screen Printing is the standard process for most commercially made discs. It produces a high quality, durable image with an edge to edge printing capacity and is one of the only processes that can print true spot colors for exact color matching capabilities. The colors are applied to white flood coated discs producing excellent resolution. This process allows mass production in a short amount of time to lower your per unit cost and is a great choice for high volume orders.	Exact color matching capabilities Ideal when you need a durable image and longer runs Screen printing provides great results in a short amount of time and works best with quantities higher than 1,000.
Ink Jet Printing (up to 5 colors) Inkjet Printing produces excellent image quality with bright, vibrant colors printable from hub to the outer edge of the disc. The surface is immediately dried to retain sharpness and prevent ink smears and then adhered with a layer of our exclusive ClearCoat Technology. This UV-cured lacquer coating protects the disc from moisture and scratches and retains its legibility and quality. This process is great for lower volume orders.	Excellent quality yielding fine detail of your artwork Exclusive ClearCoat, UV-cured lacquer coating for superior imaging and protection Thermal printing for one-color images Ink jet is ideal for low volume and internal use projects, such as training materials and for a photographic image.
Thermal Transfer Printing (one color) Thermal Transfer Printing is an inexpensive option for low volume orders with simplistic images, titles and text that can be printed on silver or white discs. This process is not capable of full-color printing.	Ask us about additional authoring and editing options available to further customize your CD or DVD project.
